Covid took the ball out of many players’ hands. We are putting it back. Back on the court to work on conditioning, ball handling, shooting skills and game play. NTL post-pandemic play means beautiful skills and drill work, defense, maximum spacing while leaving time to scrimmage. Vaccinated players only. Masks for now. We’ll take breaks to get more air, tons of reps, and the great feeling of being on the basketball court again!
