Dipping your toes back into the basketball waters after some time off? Best to get in on the shallow end, get comfortable again. Individual skill work is the fun part of hoops: ball handling, stationary and on the move; the myriad shots and shot opportunities you'll engage when it comes game-time; footwork in the post and on the perimeter. And repeat. Plug your nose if you have to but the gym at the Kennedy School has a new state-of-the-art ventilation system to help you breathe more safely. Vaccinated players only. With masks. It's not that bad. Really. It's gonna be fun again.
