Game time. But with a coach. Practice time but against another team and your coach in your ear. A coach, teammates, an offense, a defense, a game plan to execute. A desire to implement proper execution of the timing and spacing required to get the best results from your skills when running an offense. On defense we will devise a plan to thwart the other teams efforts: shade, trap, slough, hedge, invite, fake, contain, frustrate. Adjustments during time-outs and at half-time.
