Same Coached Scrimmage as it ever was (except with a state-of-the-art ventilation system added to the gym). A coach, teammates, an offense, a defense, a game plan to execute. A desire to implement proper execution of the timing and spacing required to get the best results from our skills when running an offense. On defense we will devise a plan to thwart the other teams efforts: shade, trap, slough, hedge, invite, fake, contain, frustrate. Coached Scrimmage is basketball. Basketball is coached scrimmage.
