The Beautiful Basics (12 weeks ++Three!; $240)
The Brazilians call their brand of soccer, "The Beautiful Game". Here at NTL, we call the process of studying, practicing, eating/sleeping/fully assimilating into bone marrow the fundamentals of basketball, "The Beautiful Basics". On a Sunday morning in Porter Square join Coach Emeritus Adam Pritchard in worshiping the game (and get a great sweat while doing it!).

Intermediate Plus+ Skills & Scrimmage Clinic (12 weeks++Three!; $240) -- Click here to read reviews!
Dazzling combination of structured drills and game-like scrimmaging, just like a college or pro practice! Approximately 1/3rd of the time is spent on individual skills work (ballhandling, shooting, shot fakes, post moves, etc.). 1/3rd on team skills (screening, shaping up off screens, spacing, where to go on the floor and when to go there, team defense, fastbreak situations, etc.), and 1/3rd of the time in controlled scrimmages during which the coach blows the whistle to remind players of the things we were developing and hoping to implement into our "games" during the drills. Really, as a player hoping to further develop skills, what could be better? Click here to register!

The Famed NTL Shooting Clinic (12 weeks, $240) (Totally New Again!!!) If you are not happy with your shot or your image as a shooter (or non-shooter), this is the clinic for you. Players scattered across gyms all over America are making shots and pointing upward, signalling their gratitude to these NTL summer shooting sessions. Humble as we are, we know that stepping back to the fundamentals of the shot, adapting that knowledge to your own shot and going through each practice in a progressive manner (easiest to game speed), getting constant feed back and doing tons of repetition is what makes you a better shooter (not just rubbing elbows with us). We'll prove to you that you can do it. Click here to register!

Coached Scrimmage Clinic! (New Again!)
(12 competitive weeks; $280) Every team in every league everywhere goes through a process of evaluation, preparation and competition. that's what we will do here. the two coaches will split up players into two squads. Preparation will begin: offenses, defenses, half and full court. Out of bounds plays, specials, all intended to take advantage of the "special" skills of the team members. After the first two weeks, we will (with input, if necessary) from players, make trades. the season will begin. Weeks 3-7 will be the regular season, weeks 8-9 the playoffs. Week 10 will be an additional shortened game day with the addition of a Skills Challenge open to all players. The emphasis, as in all previous Coached Scrimmage Clinics will be improvement through coach directed team play. (Open to hi-Novice through Advanced and limited to the first 18 players.)

Intermediate Skills & Scrimmage (12 weeks+++Three!; $240) -- Roslindale Community Center is in the beating heart of Boston basketball. A third floor gym, with a shiny new floor and NBA type backboards. Even though it's a touch on the short side, it's a gym that expects your best effort. The participants in this clinic come to learn and come to play. The scrimmages are always a nice extension of the drills and everyone seeks to make, recognizes, and acknowledges a good play. We always look forward to coaching the Wednesday night clinic. It's been a great one for years. (Open to Intermediate and higher level players only!)

Novice/Intermediate Skiils & Scrimmage Clinic (12 weeks; $240)
The greatest of the great NTL weeknight clinics. Visitors, spectators, people just strolling through always comment on how fundamentally sound the Thursday night players - new and returning veterans - play and how they always try to play the game the right way. There is always an emphasis on working with your teammates to get the best shot possible on offense and coming together to play ultimate team defense. Mix this with drills that provide repetition for skill development and conditioning and you've got a great night of basketball.

"Advanced" Skills & Scrimmage Clinic (12 weeks; $240)
This is the closest thing we've got to a pro or college practice. This is where the speed of the game demands that your skill level keep up, your competitive instincts drive your desire and your thinking cap for new plays and new ways of working with teammates is on snuggly. A fun clinic to coach and a fun clinic to play in.

Spring Play Forever League (PFL) (13 weeks plus Draft Day: $180/$140)
A league for players who want a no-hassle, well-organized, professionally run, totally fun and competitive basketball experience. Appropriate for high novice through low advanced men and women adult players. (If you are really good or, worse yet, think you are really good, this probably is not the league for you. Though we have plenty of good players, they manage to remain humble and honor the effort and desire of others.) Come to Draft Day (Saturday, 10/23/10), show us what you got, or don't got, and we place you on a team. (But sign-up beforehand; the league always sells out.) Players can request 1 or 2 or 3 specific teammates, but every effort is made to create teams of equal strength. Players receive numbered jerseys or shirts. We print full and accurate software generated NCAA-type box scores (example) with field goals, free throws, three-pointers [made and attempted], rebs [off. and def.], assists, turnovers, blocks, steals, fouls and minutes played to distribute at game's end. Cumulative season's team and individual stats (example) are kept as well. Referee and electronic scoreboard. 10 regular season games and 3 playoff games for all ten teams. Ball movement, team play, equal playing time, and competitive but sportsmanlike spirit are emphasized. PFL Game Procedures / PFL Format and Rules Click here to register!
